03/02/2025

Simona Lišková brings to the agency a wealth of experience from senior marketing positions on the client side and from the agency world. In the newly created position of Chief Client Officer, she will be responsible for strengthening strategic cooperation between the agency and clients, leading the T-Mobile client team and developing new business opportunities.

In January, the management structure of Ogilvy was supplemented by the newly created position of Chief Client Officer, which will be held by Simona Lišková, an experienced marketer with more than twenty-five years of experience. In this position, she will have three key responsibilities: leading the agency team for the T-Mobile client, building a deeper connection and understanding between the agency and the clients to achieve greater efficiency and better results from the collaboration and new business opportunities.

During her career, Simona Lišková has worked as a marketing director at Vodafone and Nutricia (Danone), where she was also a member of the board, as well as in senior marketing positions at O2 and IKEA. She has a long-standing relationship with Ogilvy - from 2004 to 2007 she was Client Service Director for a number of major clients, including Home Credit, which was expanding into EMEA at the time. Subsequently, between 2010 and 2014, she was Managing Director of Mather Advertures, a digital agency within the Ogilvy network. Here she was involved in the development of brands such as Air Bank, Vodafone, Kofola and ČMSS (ČSOB Stavební spořitelna).

"Ogilvy is a place that combines creativity with business results, and I very much appreciate the opportunity to once again contribute to the development of this unique agency. I place emphasis on a deeper understanding of client needs and effective partnerships that deliver measurable added value," says Simona Lišková on her arrival.

In addition to her professional career, she is actively involved in executive coaching, business mentoring and career support for women. She works with the British Chamber of Commerce's Equilibrium programme and the Inspire & Impact Network platform. In 2021, she was awarded the title of Marketer of the Year by the Czech Marketing Society for her contribution to the industry.
