Ogilvy PR team led by Václav Rambousek takes on new structure
Václav Rambousek remains in his role as PR & Influence Director, leading the entire Ogilvy PR team. Under his leadership, Nikola Kněžourová takes on the role of Head of Consumer PR Business, Michal Marek becomes Head of Corporate PR Business, and Tereza Hadrbolcová is the Influencer Engagement Director.
After eight years with the agency, Tereza Raidová is going on maternity leave. She has been closely involved with Václav Rambousek in leading the Ogilvy PR team. Václav is now joined by three managers who will focus on three key areas – Consumer, Corporate and Influencer.
Nikola Kněžourová takes on the management and supervision of specialized B2C teams, which have long been a dominant part of Ogilvy PR’s operations. According to her, since early 2025, the volume of communication services has significantly increased for several existing clients. Nikola previously worked as a senior consultant for clients such as Sazka, DM, and shopping centers under the Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield group. The consumer team also manages other key brands like Netflix, Lego, Burger King, and Heineken, overseen by Václav Rambousek, PR & Influence Director, together with dedicated teams.
The corporate portfolio of Ogilvy PR includes clients such as Microsoft, P3, Schenker, and Českomoravská nemovitostní. The development of this communication vertical has been led since before summer 2025 by Michal Marek, the new Head of Corporate PR. Previously, he spent six and a half years at FYI Prague and also wrote for CzechCrunch.
Influencer marketing is another growing service area for Ogilvy PR. Since the beginning of this year, Ogilvy has had its own specialized team led by Tereza Hadrbolcová, who took on the role of Influencer Engagement Director in July. The team develops collaborations with existing PR clients while also building an independent portfolio of brands focused primarily on influencer marketing, including Zalando and Cosnova.
