From Czechia to British Vogue? How Ogilvy Lifter Linda took her business to next level
Thanks to the Ogilvy Lift program, Linda Bui has launched her jewelry project Rinni in full swing. She discusses how she has managed to move her business forward in the past six months while working part-time for a full salary in a report for Marketing & Media.
The Ogilvy Lift programme, introduced last year, supports employees in their creative or entrepreneurial endeavours, giving them the opportunity to work part-time for six months while maintaining a full salary to pursue them. The condition is that the project must not be in direct competition with the agency's activities. The submitted ideas or projects are evaluated by a jury of agency management and expert leaders and one winner is selected in each run.
