Dita Stejskalová is again one of the most influential women in Czechia
Dita Stejskalová, Business Director and co-owner of Ogilvy, celebrated her 30th anniversary at the agency this year. In the early 1990s, she helped launch the PR industry in the Czech Republic, which is why she is called the first lady of Czech PR. In 1994, she co-founded the Ogilvy Public Relations division, which she led from 1999 until 2023. Last year, she announced the gradual handover of part of her agenda to Václav Rambousek and moved herself to the position of Business Director. She earned the repeated placement in Forbes magazine's prestigious rankings by her substantial influence on the character and direction of the agency, which produces advertising for the biggest players in the market.
She continues to mentor and provide leadership, participate in lectures and various discussion platforms in and outside the industry. One of her main focuses is to support women in business and their career growth.
Stejskalová will also be speaking at the Forbes Women‘s Summit event on 12 June, where she will openly discuss her personal and career story alongside other influential women such as Eva Adamczyková and Markéta Pekarová Adamová.
