Ogilvy agency won the tender for PR agency for Českomoravská Nemovitostní investment group, focusing on long-term investments in commercial real estate in Prague. The subject of the cooperation, which starts in September, will be the preparation and implementation of a communication strategy, strategic consulting, designing a plan of communication activities for various channels, providing media service and profiling the company's representatives as experts on the real estate and investment market.

In addition to Ogilvy, three other agencies participated in the tender. All the participating entities were asked to present their own assessment of the situation on the Czech real estate market and the current communication of Českomoravská Nemovitostní, including a comparison with the main competitors, and to develop a PR strategy, a publicity plan and a proposal for communication channels and topics for a period of one year.

"Ogilvy best met the set criteria, demonstrated good orientation in our business field and won us over with its analytical and systematic approach to communication. With our new partner, we would like to focus more on profiling our media professionals in the context of key business topics. Therefore, an important part of the cooperation will be proactive search for topics, creation of overarching narratives and related support, including preparation for media appearances," says Kateřina Vodičková, Head of Marketing & PR, Českomoravská Nemovitostní.

The cooperation officially began on September 2 and in the coming months will focus thematically on the current situation on the real estate and investment market, the company's further expansion plans and lighter topics related to the use of commercial real estate, such as current trends in terms of modern office work.

"Our interest in cooperation with Českomoravská Nemovitostní was determined by two strong motivators. Firstly, it was the meticulously detailed brief together with transparent communication throughout the tender process; secondly, it was an interesting industry challenge that we will be able to help with thanks to our strong media relations in this field. The client's approach and clear expectations during the tendering process itself are a great stepping stone for starting cooperation," adds Václav Rambousek, PR Director at Ogilvy.
