25/11/2024

Ogilvy is in the process of making personnel changes in management positions in the strategy and account teams. Adam Špina, Ogilvy's current Strategy Director, will take over the leadership of strategy from December, while Anastasia Sochneva is joining Ogilvy coming from Triad to manage one of the teams in the advertising part of the client portfolio.

From December, Adam Špina will head the strategy and consulting team. He joined Ogilvy in October last year and has held the position of Strategy Director, where he supervised the largest clients and actively participated in the development of new business. In his role as head of the strategy team, his priority will be to create an integrated offering including the use of other agency expertise (especially PR, social and customer experience) and to streamline strategic processes with the involvement of artificial intelligence.

Anastasia Sochneva joined Ogilvy in November and in her role as Account Director, she will draw on a wealth of experience in managing teams and client service for brands across multiple segments on a global and local level. At Ogilvy, she will be responsible for overseeing part of the client portfolio in the Advertising team, which includes Mondelēz, Raiffeisenbank, Budějovický Budvar and Centropol, and will work closely with the creative and strategy team to effectively meet client needs.

She will also focus on supporting and developing individual members of the account team and creating conditions for their career growth. She joins Ogilvy from Triad, where she was responsible for the development of a 15-strong team, supervised a team of five account managers and managed a portfolio of the agency's largest clients (including Kozel Global, Renault, Ferrero, Notino, Sedita and Seznam.cz). Previously, she worked at YYY Agency, Fallon and Scholz & Friends (now Kaspen JvM).
