T-Mobile’s new campaign presents T Fiber as the strongest internet for every home
Advertising agency Ogilvy created a campaign for T-Mobile presenting T Fiber as the strongest internet for the home. An internet connection that reliably covers home entertainment, smart technologies and remote work, meeting all digital needs. Customers can get it from CZK 299 per month for the first six months, with a bonus of CZK 5,000 for selected hardware.
The campaign uses a wide mix of formats including outdoor, TV, online, audio, cinema and point-of-sale communication. At the center is T Fiber, the optical internet that meets all the digital needs of the household. The creative positions T Fiber as a service that delivers reliable connectivity to every corner of the home. In the TV version the voiceover says: “Whether you are discovering, goofing around, turning your living room into a cinema, learning, competing, or even doing it all at once, our strongest internet T Fiber can handle it.” The shorter fifteen-second spot highlights the attractive offer of T Fiber internet with a bonus of CZK 5,000 for a new tablet.
Audio spots for Podcast.cz and shopping centers are also part of the campaign. They play with humor and the proposition of the strongest connection. One of them opens with the voiceover: “If T Fiber had its own podcast, it would be the S-T-R-O-N-G-E-S-T podcast you have ever heard…” and ends with a product offer.
“In this campaign we once again built on the long-term proposition for T Fiber home internet as the best technology for home connectivity: Our strongest internet for your strongest connections #MeziSvými. We kept consistency also in the creative approach, working with the concept prepared for previous T Fiber campaigns,” says Kim Hofmanová, Senior Strategic Planner at Ogilvy.
The campaign also brings a special offer for new customers: internet from CZK 299 per month for the first six months and a CZK 5,000 bonus for selected hardware such as the new T Tablet 2, LG TV, gaming console or laptop.
“Our goal is to show T Fiber not only as the most powerful internet technology but also as a service that makes home life better. Thanks to the combination of affordable connectivity and a hardware bonus we enable customers to enjoy modern technology to the fullest and at the same time spend more quality time together at home,” adds Michal Šlechta, Marketing Communication Manager at T-Mobile.
The campaign visuals were produced directly at the WPP Campus studio, home of Ogilvy. Photography was shot by Dany Peschl, while 3D artist Jiří Křivánek created the digital look of the magenta fiber and the neon design of “CZK 5,000.”
Parent’s Guide to the Digital Galaxy
A special social media activation accompanies the campaign, offering parents practical tips on how to better understand the digital world of younger generations. Based on the same concept, a publication called “Parent’s Guide to the Digital Galaxy” has been created. It will be available as a prize in social media contests or as a gift with internet orders at selected T-Mobile stores. The tips will also appear online on a dedicated microsite and will be supported through influencer collaborations.
