Spend the rest of the life at home, leave in peace

Terminally ill patients require special care, but they also long to spend their last moments at home. Few people know that these two seemingly incompatible requirements can be indulged by patients in the terminal stage of their illness. The Mobile Hospice Forum aims to raise awareness regarding this issue. We have created a key visual, a video, a radio spot, and the website dozitdoma.cz as part of an awareness campaign.
